Do you have a unit we can view?
Yes we have a display model at our Kaiapoi section that is available for viewing.

Can we make changes to the design of the unit?
Yes, there are many options that you can choose from if you want a custom-built unit. Feel free to ask and we will happily work out a price for you.

Are there any size restrictions on the units?
No. Any size can be constructed and configured for you.

How long will the build take?
Once the deposit has been paid we then order the materials etc. In general, it will take 3 weeks to complete.

Do you make kit-sets or build units on site?
No we don’t make kit-sets and all our builds are completed in our Kaiapoi section, as we are not set up for on-site building.

Do I need a building consent?
It will depend on the size of the unit and also on the rules of your local Council. It is the responsibility of the individual customer to confirm what is permitted. We can help with getting consents as required.

Is transport an additional fee on top of the cabin price?
Yes, naturally transport costs will vary depending on your location and the size of your cabin.

What are the payment terms?
A 40% deposit is required prior to starting the build, and the balance to be paid when the build is complete and prior to delivery.

How is power connected to the cabin?
Units can be plugged in by caravan point or they can be hard-wired.

How is wastewater connected to the cabin, if required?
We make sure we leave access to waste water pipes so a plumber can easily make the connection.
